Mobile Wallet & Digital Pass Integration

When you choose to add event tickets, membership cards, or passes issued by our organization to digital wallet applications (such as Apple Wallet or Google Wallet), certain personal and event-related data is transmitted to the respective digital wallet platform provider (Apple Inc. or Google LLC).

A. Data Transmitted

To generate, update, and manage your mobile wallet pass, we share necessary transaction and pass details, which may include:

• Patron name and contact details (e.g., email address)
• Event details (event name, date, time, venue, section, row, and seat number)
• Ticket identifier, barcode, or QR code data
• Membership status or pass tier level

B. Purpose of Data Sharing

This data is shared solely to enable digital wallet functionality, including displaying your ticket on your mobile device, updating your pass with real-time event changes (e.g., event time or gate updates), and delivering event notifications on your device prior to the event, if enabled in your device settings.

C. Third-Party Privacy Terms & Voluntary Participation

The transmission and display of data within your mobile wallet are governed by the respective privacy policies and terms of service of the wallet platform providers (Apple Inc. and Google LLC).

Adding a pass to a mobile wallet is completely voluntary. If you prefer that your data not be shared with Apple or Google for digital wallet features, you may choose to print your tickets at home, access digital PDF tickets, or present your email confirmation/physical pass at the venue instead.
